Pastor Carol was prophetically called to ministry in 1994 when a prophet released this word of the Lord into her life - "I have placed a call on your life. I will do things through you that will be to the amazement of many." With supernatural empowerment to set God’s people free from demonic strongholds including depression, anxiety, addiction, poverty, disease and more, Carol formed a deliverance ministry, Bondage Breaker Ministries Corp. She trained and raised up a team of 12 deliverance ministers and did mass deliverance meetings. She also comprised a twelve session class "Freedom in Christ School of Deliverance" which she taught for the ARC Apostolic Resource Center and the accredited Wagner Leadership Institute. In 2012, God gave Carol a directive to establish a church with a focus on the healing and deliverance anointing and to call it Freedom House. Carol and her husband Peter held the first church service in obedience to the Lord’s call. In January 2020, Carol received a prophetic word that "Freedom House”  was an Embassy of Heaven, executing the will of heaven's government, and formally changed the name. The church, now in it's 13th year since inception, continues to move powerfully in the Holy Spirit, bringing miracles and healing  Carol's husband Peter went on to glory in 2014. She has two sons, Peter Jr. and Steven, and five grandchildren.
